VILMA MONTALVAN joined Dr. Garcia when he first opened his practice in 1991. Her primary role as the office manager is complemented by her extensive experience in the medical field. Vilma coordinates all aspects of patient care, business operations, and marketing efforts. She also serves as your personal liaison. Vilma has outstanding communication skills that allow her to establish excellent relationships with our patients and referring doctors. Commitment to the success and satisfaction of your personal experience is her primary goal. She is always happy to assist you at any time with any questions or concerns.

MARTHA DIAZ has been working with Dr. Garcia since 1994. Although her official title is “Insurance and Billing Coordinator”, she also assists at the front desk, answers phones and coordinates patient care. She brings to the practice a great deal of knowledge and experience in surgery. Martha prides herself on knowing our patients personally and dealing efficiently and confidentially with their financial questions and reimbursement issues. She is in daily contact with insurance company representatives to help clarify and obtain prompt reimbursement for services provided. Her pleasant, warm, and genuinely caring manner makes her a pleasure to work with in this sometimes confusing area of billing, reimbursement, and insurance coverage.

HAYDEE GARCIA has been working with Dr. Garcia since 1999. One of the first contacts that a patient makes with our practice is a warm greeting from Haydee, who personally welcomes patients as they arrive at our office. She serves patients by coordinating appointments and handling all front office responsibilities. Haydee has a compassionate sense that welcomes each patient as they develop a lasting relationship with our practice. She believes that patients recognize and appreciate this personal touch from the moment they enter the office. Haydee is always available to provide you with the individual attention that you deserve.
